​​Mr. Roper created Accurate Hospitality Services with a core belief  that in these changing times businesses can't afford to bring on more staff for training, quality controls, risk management, franchise compliance and customer service enhancements. Companies large and small are having to permanently cut back staff and do more with less. There is a defined need for an experienced third party company that specializes in restaurant, bar, hotel and retail operations both front & back of the house. 

Mr Roper has over 30 years of hospitality industry experience which proudly started at age 17 as a Marriott Banquet Housemen setting tables and chairsAs his career grew into management, he performed his professional services in 37 different hotels & resorts nationwide with some that included....The JW Marriott Washington DC, Marriott Marquee New York, Omni Inner Harbor Baltimore, Doubletree Chicago, Hilton Oceanfront Resort Daytona Beach, Sheraton Golf Resort Fredericksburg, Virginia as well as Area Training Manager for The Latham Hotels in Washington, Baltimore and Philadelphia. A seasoned hospitality professional with experience in all market segments: Suburban, Downtown, Resort, Airport and Pre-Opening Properties.

Mr Roper has directed hotel and resort operations for industry brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, Omni, Guest Quarters Suites, Holiday Inn and management companies that include: Meristar, Beacon, HEI, Pyramid Hotel Group and Ocean Properties

His career has concentrated mostly on food and beverage that included executive level positions of Regional Director of Food & Beverage, Hotel General Manager, Vice President of Recruiting and Regional Human Resource Trainer. Mr. Roper has developed and managed budgets and revenues that exceeded 80 million dollar per year, implemented corporate brand standards, negotiated vendor contracts on a local and national level and has written training manuals and job descriptions that met ADA requirements

Stan has been an officer and member of the National Association of Catering Executives for the Chicago, Baltimore and Washington DC chapters and was a working member of the group who chartered the Baltimore Chapter of NACE. He is past and present member  of the Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association, Florida Restaurant Association in addition he has been a board member for: The Florida Museum of Art, DeLand Naval Air Station Museum and The House Next Door (Sponsored by The United Way).

Andrew Brown
Field Sales Manager Southeast

 Mr. Brown is originally from Port Orange, Florida & comes to AHS after a successful management position in Florida for Lakes & Right of Ways. He is certified by the State of Florida's Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Prior to his professional career Andrew recieved a full football scholarship to Charleston Southern University where he excelled as a punter and kicker. Mr. Brown's territory will be in the southeast region covering South Carolina, Georgia and North Florida

Gina Palmisano

Ms. Palmisano is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and is continuing her studies for her masters degree. She joins our sales team to enhance the awareness of AHS to East and Central Orlando establishments. Originally from Wisconson, Gina brings to AHS a strong work ethic and a passion for the Green Bay Packers. She has many years experience in the retail sales industry including leadership roles with the Victoria Secret Stores and is committed to getting Accurate Hospitality Services to the next level.

Denise Gaines

With 25 years in the hospitality industry Ms. Gaines offers AHS a high level of experience in group room catering & convention service clients. She has held titles of Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Catering & Convention Services in many highly rated hotels & resorts nationwide. Some of which include:  Carefree Resort & Villas, Phoneix, Arizona, Marriott Downtown Chicago, Doubletree Downtown Chicago, Virginia Beach Resort Hotel and Conference Center, The Richmond Hilton & The Westin Richmond.

Mr. Cohen brings to AHS a certified facilities management professional with 20 years experience managing operations and maintenance for diverse real estate portfolios. Mr. Minnerly is a graduate of Old Dominion University 
and has a BS degree from the College of William & Mary.  
Dean served our country with the U.S. Army Special Forces and was a Martial Arts Instructor for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

After his military service in the late 70's Mr. Minnerly began his restaurant/bar career as bartender, bar manager and in late 1980's became part owner of restaurants in  Nags Head, North Carolina & Santa Clarita, California

Joe Coots

Joe comes to AHS with 10 years bar/restaurant business experience in New York City. During his time in New York City, he managed two of the busiest Gastro pubs in Times Square. Previous to his time in NYC, Joe was the Director Sales and Marketing for a 10,000 seat arena and Convention Center in Northern Illinois. Mr. Coots oversaw every aspect of marketing, selling, and booking this venue. Joe has been a major part of AHS exposure and introduction to the Southern California region. As Donato Rappa takes over the leadership in Los Angeles for AHS, Joe will bring Accurate Hospitality Services a broader range of exposure nationwide as he will be on the road helping us to drive sales nationally.

Mr. Rappa has a sharpe, detailed approach to marketing, selling and driving revenue for any food & beverage locations. Christopher R. Myers, CHA

Mr. Myers is a hospitality & golf club executive with over 20 years management experience. Chis is leading the charge in developing and promoting AHS's Golf Secret Shopper and Quality Assurance programs. This program is available to all Club public & private. Mr. Myers is a strategic leader  able to develop and manage autonomous teams focused on quality, cost  containment and guest/member services.

Christopher is assisting AHS with it's growth in the Mid West and has been a General Manager and Golf Course Superintendent. Hanly Walker

Accurate Hospitality  is very pleased to have Hanly working in our South Florida Operation. She has passion for the hospitality industry, is result driven and a highly experienced hospitality executive.

For Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Ms. Walker pioneered the VIP/SPG program by developing and implementing SOPs. In addition to training Front Desk staff members on the new protocol. Ensured VIPs expectations were exceeded. With Starwood she held the positions of: Rooms Controller, Front Desk Supervisor and evening MOD. Developed and executed sustainability initiatives for Starwood's 30/20 goals, thus   implementing a new Single-Stream recycling program and launched          on-property composting. Worked closely with the management team and Starwood Corporate to ensure that memorable experiences were created for VIP/Platinum guests, thus reinforcing their loyalty to Starwood.

Hanly's duties included, but were not limited to: Employee and department team training, ensure brand standards and department goals were met. Managed hotel inventory and productivity goals, motivated associates to exceed expectations, implemented training/coaching techniques, and oversaw multiple projects that contributed to the success of her property's bottom line.

In her spare time Ms Walker volunteers for the Big Brother & Big Sister programs and has traveled to South Africa donating her time helping children at the Luvuyo Orphanage, South Africa.  

Hanly is a graduate of the University of Delaware - Lerner College of Business and Economics. Has a Bachelor of Science (BS), Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management. Completed University of Delaware's Vita Nova satellite restaurant training (including front of the house, back of the house and management) and University of Delaware's Courtyard Marriott hotel practicum.

Scott Taylor
Operations Manager
Miami, Florida

With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Mr. Taylor brings a high level of restaurant operation experience to AHS. His exposure ranges from concept development to front and back house operations. Scott has concentrated his career mostly in Miami and the Florida Keys. He started his career in Lahaina Hawaii. 

Mr Taylor started developing his management talents at the Ritz Carlton in Kapalua Hawaii then transitioned to the Marriott Delray Beach and senior level positions at the Westin Key West, Florida. After excelling in hotels & resorts he went into independant restaurant development.

Mr Taylor was managing partner with the highly acclaimed Key West restaurant Blue Heaven. He was able to get Oprah Winfrey's attention to have his restaurant appear on her television talk show. He then went on to develop another successful restaurant concept Kaya Island Eats. This location was consistently ranked in the top 10 on Trip Advisor. 

In addition to his other restaurant ventures and involvement  in Miami, AHS is very please to have Scott joining us as a Operations Manager and Advisor to our team. In conjunction with our Ft. Lauderdale office, Scott will assist us to grow our awareness in the Miami and Florida Keys market.

Kelly Wood
AHS Advisor
Washington DC

As an Advisor, Kelly will offer AHS insight to modern hospitality industry standards. A third-year student at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and Restaurant Management, Ms. Wood brings knowledge in finance, accounting, real estate, operations and law to our advisory team. Accurate Hospitality Services is very pleased to have this highly recruited and future hospitality leader on board!

Over the past few years, Kelly gained invaluable experience for her hospitality career while working with Cornell Catering, Coach's Corner Bar & Grill, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Hotel Ezra Cornell. For these companies, she held several operational line positions as well as a product designer.

In addition to being called upon for her input to Accurate Hospitality Services, Kelly will continue to expand her operational skillset and product design position for Coach's Corner and Hotel Ezra Cornell. Kelly also occupies a design position on a team running the annual Cornell alumni conference at the Statler Hotel in Ithaca, New York. She and her team will be responsible for enhancing the conference attendee’s overall conference experience.  

In her free time, Ms. Wood tutors young kids and raises funds as a volunteer for many charitable causes. Kelly is presently working with two other Cornell students to develop and launch a new financial application.

Kelly plans to graduate in May of 2022 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and Restaurant Management with a concentration in law. Eventually Ms. Wood will open her own seaside restaurant and bar while simultaneously building a career around refining the legal system.
